Why bother with an AIPRM prompt? The main reason is customization.
Sure, the web has heaps of diet and fitness information. Some of it is actually helpful. But when it comes to food and meal plans, those recommendations often fall flat. They don’t take into account individual tastes, budgets, or access to locally available products.
That’s what makes this AIPRM prompt so helpful. It creates a 7-day meal plan based on your tastes and circumstances. Want a keto diet? That’s easy. Let’s say you don’t like pork or cheese. That’s a simple customization.
In this article, I show you how to create a 7-day keto meal plan and how to add customizations. After you enter a few personal facts (e.g. age and weight), the AI generates a week of meal ideas. If you’re on a paid AIPRM account, I’ll show you how to generate detailed recipes for each meal and a shopping list.
Go to the prompt field and enter Hello to start the workflow. ChatGPT prompts you to enter some information about you and your current physical condition. The AI uses this information to create a custom meal plan.
When you get to question 7, add a list of foods to exclude.
When the AI stops, you have a 7-day meal plan.
Optionally, you can tweak the results. Earlier, I asked the AI to make the plan keto friendly. In this example, I asked the AI to remove cheese and syrup.
At the very end of the output, the prompt asks if you want more information. You can get the recipes for every meal in the plan.
At the end of the recipe output, the AI asks if you want a shopping list for the meal plan. Sure.
