Dear Parents,**
Title: Immunisation Reminder for Year 6 Pupils
The School Health Team, in collaboration with the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health, will be conducting a school-wide immunisation session on 26th October, 2021. During this session, Grade 6 students will be offered the Combined Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis & Poliovirus Vaccine (dTap-IPV) for their health and well-being.
Please confirm your child's participation via the Grwth platform by 5th September, 2022.
